with the back drop of the beautiful mountains of Palm Springs, this project held surprises at every turn, or in this case, at every opened wall.  we started with a 207 square foot addition to enlarge a kitchen, beautifully crafted by Kenneth Bordewick of Beverly Hills Luxury Interiors and over the course ended with a complete renovation of this mid century beauty.  with a complete replacement of all the mechanicals of the home, replacement of windows, 3 total bathrooms, custom closets, custom laundry area and souring entrance, this project with the challenging permit process, was completed in approximately 1 year.

this renovation is almost complete, as client requested to do additional work to the exteriors.  we are looking forward to update photos upon completion.
